Refund policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return any goods please let us know. 

We can accept returns within 30 days from date of goods receipt.

• There is a 15% restocking fee and carriage costs for the return of the item will be covered by the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@flextraction.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Flextraction Ltd, 10 Digby Drive, Leicester Road Industrial Estate, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 0RQ

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know. Refunds will be subject to 30 days and minus 15% restocking fee.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
